All entities entrusted with the processing of personal data guarantee the use of appropriate security measures and the security of personal data required by law.

Purposes and activities of the processing.

User’s account. By creating a user account, you enter your email address and define an account password, first and last name, billing address and shipping address. Providing the data is voluntary, but necessary to create an account and fulfil the order. As part of the user profile edition, you can provide further details about yourself, i.e. you can optionally provide your company name, tax ID number and telephone number.

Data about orders will be processed for the time necessary to execute the contract, and then until the expiry of the statute of limitation of claims under the contract. Remember also that we have an obligation to store invoices with your personal data for a period of 5 years from the end of the tax year in which the tax obligation has arisen.

In case of the order data, you cannot correct this data after the order has been executed. You also cannot object to the processing of data and require the deletion of data until the expiry of the statute of limitation of claims under the contract. Similarly, you cannot object to the processing of data and request removal of data contained in invoices. Complaints and withdrawal from the contract. If you make a complaint or you want to withdraw from the contract, you provide us with personal data contained in the content of the complaint or a statement of withdrawal, which includes your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, bank account number.

The data provided to us regarding the submission of a complaint or withdrawal from the contract is used to implement the complaint procedure or the procedure for withdrawal from the contract (paragraph 6 section 1 letter c of RODO – Polish GDPR).

The data will be processed for the time necessary to execute the complaint procedure or the withdrawal procedure. Complaints and statements about withdrawal from the contract may also be archived for statistical purposes.

In case of data contained in complaints and statements of withdrawal from the contract, you cannot correct this data. You also cannot object to processing of data and require the deletion of data until the expiry of the statute of limitation of claims under the contract. After the expiry of the statute of limitation of claims under the contract you can, however, oppose the processing of your data for statistical purposes, as well as you can request removal of your data from our database.
